This website describes the taxi, Char Dham, adventure, bike rental and wellness experiences offered by VC Uttrakhand Travels in and around Rishikesh. Content is provided for general planning purposes; exact pricing, availability and itinerary details are confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp or phone before any booking is made.
Quotes & bookings
Prices shown or discussed before a written confirmation are estimates. A booking is considered confirmed only once we have agreed the vehicle, route, dates and price with you in writing (typically over WhatsApp). Payment is arranged directly between you and VC Uttrakhand Travels — this website does not process online payments.
Accuracy of your information
You’re responsible for giving us accurate travel dates, traveller counts and contact details. Delays or issues caused by inaccurate information provided to us are not our responsibility.
Adventure & mountain travel risk
Activities such as river rafting, kayaking, trekking and camping, and travel on Himalayan mountain roads, carry inherent risk and can be affected by weather, water levels and road conditions beyond our control. Age, weight and health restrictions set by activity operators apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Uttarakhand having jurisdiction over any dispute.
