The route, shrine by shrine

    Yamunotri · 3,293 m

    Rishikesh → Narendranagar → Chamba → Barkot → Janki Chatti (≈210 km), then a 6 km trek to the shrine.

  2. 2

    Gangotri · 3,100 m

    Barkot → Dharasu → Uttarkashi → Harsil → Gangotri (≈250 km). Motorable right up to the temple town on the Bhagirathi.

  3. 3

    Kedarnath · 3,583 m

    Uttarkashi → Tehri → Guptkashi → Sonprayag → Gaurikund (≈290 km), then a 16 km trek, pony or helicopter from Phata.

  4. 4

    Badrinath · 3,133 m

    Gaurikund → Rudraprayag → Karnaprayag → Chamoli → Joshimath → Badrinath (≈240 km). Motorable to the temple, 3 km short of Mana.

    Drive out via Dehradun and Mussoorie, descending to the Yamuna valley.

    Morning aarti, trek back down to Gaurikund, drive to the valley for the night.

    Via Chopta viewpoint, Chamoli and Joshimath, climbing to Badrinath.

Do Dham (Kedarnath + Badrinath) trims this to about 7–9 days; Ek Dham to Kedarnath alone is 4–5 days from Rishikesh.
