Why terms vary by service

Taxi trips, Char Dham packages, adventure activities (rafting, kayaking, trekking, camping) and bike rentals each involve different vehicles, drivers and third-party operators — so cancellation and refund terms are confirmed for your specific booking at the time you book, in writing over WhatsApp, rather than fixed as one blanket rule.

General principles

• Cancelling with more advance notice generally results in a smaller (or no) cancellation charge than a last-minute cancellation.
• Any advance payment collected to hold a vehicle, permit or activity slot is partially non-refundable in most cases, since it is often paid onward to a driver or third-party operator to secure your booking.
• Cancellations due to road closures, extreme weather or government restrictions (common on Char Dham and Himalayan routes) are handled case-by-case — we’ll work with you on rescheduling or a fair refund rather than applying a standard fee.
• Adventure activities (rafting, bungee-style operators, kayaking) follow the cancellation terms of the certified operator running that activity, which we’ll share with you before you pay any advance.

Before you pay

We confirm the exact cancellation window, refund percentage and rescheduling options for your booking over WhatsApp before you pay anything — so there’s a written record of what you agreed to.

Requesting a cancellation

Message us on WhatsApp or call as soon as you know your plans have changed — the earlier we hear from you, the more options (rescheduling, partial refund) we can usually offer.
